The Leadership Roundtable offers two DVDs, one for parishes and one for dioceses. Each contains material relevant for discussion on Church management, finance, and human resource development.   Also included is a workbook that guides parish and diocesan officials through the process of self-evaluation and planning.
 
Highly respected bishops, priests, religious, and lay ecclesial ministers, as well as senior level executives from the secular world, offer advice on best practices. Each section lays out challenges and recommendations for responding to the temporal needs of the Church.  Real life examples of best practices from around the country are highlighted.
 
The DVDs and workbooks can be used to stimulate discussion about individual parishes and dioceses approaches to management, finance, and human resource development, highlighting the best practices already in place and how to build on them, and noting areas that can be improved.
