Jim Lundholm-Eades, Director of Programs & Services for The Leadership Roundtable, presented at the CACE 2014 Annual Meeting in Albuquerque, NM.

His presentation named the "it" that makes a standout, dynamic catholic leader for today's operating environment. Jim takes you through the three main ways Catholic organizations have been trying to develop this kind of leadership in individuals and across Catholic school and parish systems, and why some work better than others.
